FortiClient VPN gets stuck on 169 bytes received

I noticed that every time I put my Windows 7 laptop into powersaving mode
afterwards my Forticlient v4.0.2267 and v4.0.2300 didn't funtion any more

The Forticlient states he was fully connected but the bytes received counter got stuck on 169 bytes

When looking in Command prompt to Routing table with route print
I saw that not every route needed was created

When manually adding the needed route the received bytes went further up
and everything else worked fine
